Mr. Adebola Ogutuga

  • Graduate of Political Science and Business Management
  • Worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for 35 years
  • Served at various times as a diplomat in New York, Guinea Bissau, New Delhi and London from where he retired in December 2008
  • Deputy Director of Protocol to President Olusegun Obasanjo from May 2003 to May 2007
  • Assisted in the organization of many national and international conferences, State Visits,  including the Commonwealth Heads of State and Government Meeting (CHOGM) in November 2003, the Queen’s State Visit; Assembly of African Heads of State and Government, February 2004 (Abuja) to mention a few
  • Served as Special Assistant to five (5) Foreign Ministers consecutively including Ike Nwachukwu, Matthew Mbu, Baba Gana Kingibe, Tom Ikimi and Ignatius Olisemeka between 1992 and 1998
  • Trained and Served as International Electoral Observer of the elections in Mozambique and Liberia under the auspices of the United Nations Office in Mozambique (ONUMOZ); and ECOWAS in 1994 and 1997 respectively
  • Travelled widely in Africa, Asia and the Middle East, Europe and North America officially
  • Currently Protocol, Etiquette and Image Consultant to State Governments and Corporate bodies.
